Bryan Herrera

Mr. Herrera has experience representing clients in criminal law and immigration law matters throughout the State of Texas. Mr. Herrera was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and is a proud graduate of Cathedral High School. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts and earned his law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law. Mr. Herrera is admitted to practice law by the State Bar of Texas and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.

Mr. Herrera began his legal career in West Texas representing individuals and businesses with a variety of immigration needs such as employment visas, family visas, naturalization, removal defense, and appellate litigation. The areas of criminal law and immigration law often overlap, and as he developed his practice, Mr. Herrera also gained experience representing clients in criminal cases before the state court.

He spent three years in the greater Houston, Texas area representing clients in both criminal and immigration matters. Most recently, Mr. Herrera served as an Assistant District Attorney prosecuting felony cases for the El Paso District Attorney’s Office. As a result, Mr. Herrera has experience working with the most vulnerable clients who are facing imprisonment or the threat of deportation. Having worked for both prosecution and defense, Mr. Herrera will capably advocate for you and guide you and your family through the unfamiliar and sometimes overwhelming legal process.
